I ordered this multivitamin on Amazon yesterday and it arrived today. So today was my first day taking the vitamin. With me, it has been a hit or miss when it comes to vitamins, since I was recently diagnosed with a thyroid disorder. So for the past year, my energy levels have dropped to incredibly low levels. And I have been gaining weight even while eating healthy. Prior to being diagnosed with hypothyroidism and hypocalcemia, I used to work out 6 days a week. My energy levels were normal back then. And only recently, I find myself that I can't barely complete a 40 workout on an elliptical. Much less, go to a gym and workout with weights plus cardio machines for 60 minutes. Only a person who has this disorder can relate... It's nerve wrecking to say the least. So I have tried so many multivitamins, added supplements, probiotics, you name it, I have tried it. And none has helped me get the energy levels back on check. Well, today after I took the first vitamin capsule, I immediately noticed "some" energy slowly coming back to me. But it wasn't until about I would say, 1-2 hours afterwards, that it really kicked in for me. I started sweating a little bit and I felt like a desire to go workout. I can't put it into words, exactly. I just felt like my old energy levels were slowly coming back. And I asked my dad who knows a lot about nutrition and vitamins and he said that it was a possibility that this multivitamin works with my body and in the state that my body is now with the disorder. Now, being that today is my first day taking the vitamin, I still want to give it about 1 month of try. I guess since I have had bad experience with other multivitamins, then I am kinda skeptical. I will report again by October 10th with an update on any vitamin effects with me. And btw, the vitamin is not large, it is easy to swallow and only 1 per day, which is great!!! It does not make me nauseous, no headaches, no jitters, just energy and a feel good feeling. Will keep you posted !!!

I've taken these vitamins now for some time. I ordered what is probably my 5th bottle. I have not had upset stomach due to these. I did notice that after a while of taking these, my skin appeared to firm up and clear....look more youthful. I had not been taking any form of vitamin supplement before and I noticed a drastic change in my look after taking these.
